Welcome to Sama Balloon! To ensure that your hot air balloon adventure is as safe as it is unforgettable, we require all passengers to carefully review our security protocols before arriving. Your well-being is our absolute highest priority, and strict adherence to these rules helps us protect you, our crew, and our equipment.

Before and during your flight, it is essential that you follow all instructions provided by the ground crew and your pilot. Please remain vigilant during the balloon inflation process by maintaining a safe distance from our high-powered fans and taking care to never step over or under any tethering ropes on the ground. Additionally, to maintain a completely secure environment, smoking is strictly prohibited within 50 meters of our operational area, and hazardous items—such as aerosol cans, lighters, and sharp objects—are not allowed in the basket under any circumstances.
